Refund/ Return and Cancel policy

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items meet the following conditions:

  • The product is new, unused, and undamaged

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • The return reason falls under one of these categories:

    • The item does not match its description

    • You received the wrong item

    • The product arrived damaged or defective

2. How to Return an Item

Returning an order is easy and convenient.

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to start your return request.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include with your package.
Step 3: Securely repackage your items to prevent damage during transit.

Please note: We currently do not support in-person returns. All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Mirellaskin does not charge any return handling fees.
However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).

If the return is approved for our error, we’ll cover all shipping expenses associated with your return or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts not reported in your initial request, we’ll contact you directly to discuss available options.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our team promptly at [email protected].

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
If your cancellation request is approved in time, your payment will be fully refunded using the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer product exchanges for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging within the 30-day return period.
